Scent is a very powerful thing. Called Aromatherapy, the use of scents to treat health issues has been around for centuries. There is more and more general acceptance in the West that scent, usually in the form of essential oils, is helping people feel better both emotionally and physically. Sue Ann, our owner, has taken several classes with licensed aromatherapists to better learn the science behind this practice. Lavender is probably the best-known scent for helping people feel calm and relaxed. But, there are so many other helpful scents as well. Based on her classwork, Sue Ann has developed a blend of essential oils to help with sleep issues. We call it simply, Sleep Stick. We've got lots of fans and suggest you give it a try if you are feeling overly stressed and losing precious sleep.
